Summer Futsal is back!!

Welcome to the Summer 2024/25 Futsal Season. On this page you will be able to find out all information about the upcoming season including Age Groups/Divisions and what day they are on and what venue.

Last Summer NBFA registered over 520 teams teams ranging from U6 to Over 35 Mens, Ladies and Mixed.

With the best venues including Manly Vale Calabria Club, KIKOFF Harbord Bowling Club, Curl Curl Community Centre & POTENTIALLY NEW EXCITING VENUE TO COME.

Register your team

Only the team captain needs to register a team. Once registered, the captain will receive a share link to distribute to each play for individual registration and payment.

PLEASE NOTE—VERY IMPORTANT

Some Junior competitions will be played across two venues with this venue to be announced in the coming week. If you sign up for a junior competition please keep an eye on the venue shown in the fixture list and be prepared to travel to either venue.

Futsal key information

Whether you are new to futsal and NBFA, or you have been playing for years, it's a good idea to periodically familiarise yourself with the rules and bylaws of our competition since they are continually evolving as the game grows.

FAQs

What footwear should I wear?

Players can use “Turf Boots”, Futsal Shoes or any other non-marking soled shoes. These shoes perform differently depending on the court surface:

Outdoor (artificial turf / astro turf) surfaces

We recommend "turf boots", with a sole similar to the image below, for maximum grip on artificial turf surfaces.

Indoor (hard court) surfaces

For indoor surfaces we recommend the tranditional 'futsal boot' which has a non-marking rubber sole for maximum grip on smooth surfaces.

What time are games played?

Junior (U6 to U17) Game times:- 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm and 6:30pm Game times will vary each week for each team

Senior (U18+) Game times: 7:00pm, 7:45pm and 8:30pm Game times will vary each week for each team

We will avoid ALL 9:15pm games unless its a unavoidable occasion.

If your team cannot make certain times, NBFA will try its best to not scheduled your team for those times. Please note we will not be able to schedule every requested game time as their are other time requests to be meet.

How long does the season go on for?

NBFA Summer 2024/25 Season Duration

There is two different lengths of seasons for Summer 2024/25 they are as follows below. All competitions start week of October 14th 2024 . We brake for Christmas week of 13th December 2024 and return week of January 13th 2025.

ALL COMPETITIONS competitions are 14 Rounds PLUS 1 week Finals (if your team finishes in the top 4).
